I attended the Breast clinic today, I was rather anxious and unsure of what would be discovered, with care and empathy, I was treated respectfully and had all my questions answered, advice was offered that I hadn't even thought of, I felt seen and heard, not at all rushed and reassured that if I have any worries in the future to not hesitate to come back. Thank you Mr SK Ahmed you give a wonderful human service.

Mr. Ahmed from the very first meeting was the most charming, efficient consultant I have ever seen, in any field. He put me at my ease and answered any questions with a smile and reassurance. I cannot praise him highly enough. During the follow up session this morning he was very clear and concise, and was even more reassuring to my son who was visibly upset. I was introduced to Mr Ahmed in late August 2016 after being diagnosed with breast cancer. My husband and I were very scared and frightened after hearing that awful word. The whole team connected to the Breast clinic from receptionists, care nurses, Ultra sound specials to Mr Ahmed were all very supportive and gave me and my husband lots of support and information about my condition. Mr Ahmed was always very kind and made what was a heart breaking situation a much easier one to digest. He explained very clearly what I was going to be going through and all the possible outcomes. On the day of surgery he was very kind and made me feel that I was his only patient that day. (Although we knew this was not the case). Mr Ahmed is very professional and I would and do feel very safe and confident in his care. I feel that Mr Ahmed is a real credit to his profession. Mr Ahmed made me feel that he genuinely cared about me and my family. I am still on my journey to recovery but with consultants like Mr Ahmed looking after me I'm confident were going to beat this horrible disease.
